Let's talk about sustainability…

As of 2022, Swiss companies which meet certain size criteria are legally obligated to report on "non-financial matters" (including sustainability). This is known as "ESG reporting". E stands for "Environmental", S is for "Social", and G is for "Governance". Although the Schlatter Group does not yet meet the size criteria, last March, the Board of Directors and the Management Board decided the company would perform ESG reporting voluntarily. This means we'll also be focussing more on ESG.
