Highest pro­duc­tiv­ity

Pro­duc­tiv­ity is mas­sively increased thanks to the multiple straight­en­ing and cutting machine. With impres­sive speeds of up to 9 meters per second and a pro­duc­tion output of up to 150 cycles per minute, the MG800 enables excep­tion­ally fast and precise pro­duc­tion. Down­times are reduced to a minimum and pro­duc­tion can continue without inter­rup­tion even when geometry changes or spools of the same wire diameter are changed.

Maximum flex­i­bil­ity and out­stand­ing grid quality

The MG800 impresses with its excep­tional ver­sa­til­ity in pro­cess­ing: A lon­gi­tu­di­nal wire pitch from 50 mm or a multiple thereof enables flexible adap­ta­tion to a wide range of require­ments. The cross wire can be fed both from above and below – making a mesh turner super­flu­ous. In addition, up to six dif­fer­ent wire diam­e­ters can be processed for line and cross wires, which further increases the adapt­abil­ity of the system. Precise pro­cess­ing and the elim­i­na­tion of wire twist ensure optimum results – for an end product that meets the highest stan­dards.

Tech­ni­cal features

The MG800 welding system is designed for a wide range of appli­ca­tions and offers maximum flex­i­bil­ity in pro­cess­ing. It enables the pro­duc­tion of meshes with widths between 500 and 3700 mm and lengths from 1250 to 12000 mm. Depend­ing on require­ments, wire diam­e­ters from 5.0 to 13.0 mm or alter­na­tively from 3.0 to 10.0 mm can be processed. It makes no dif­fer­ence whether cold or hot rolled, micro-alloyed or ribbed wire is used.
