With the ability to switch quickly between different mesh types and the ability to process wire materials in various designs, the MG800 is ideal for the economical production of standard and special meshes. The MG800 is the perfect solution for a wide range of production requirements – from small-scale machinery to fully automated production with low personnel and space requirements.

Highest productivity

Productivity is massively increased thanks to the multiple straightening and cutting machine. With impressive speeds of up to 9 meters per second and a production output of up to 150 cycles per minute, the MG800 enables exceptionally fast and precise production. Downtimes are reduced to a minimum and production can continue without interruption even when geometry changes or spools of the same wire diameter are changed.

Maximum flexibility and outstanding grid quality

The MG800 impresses with its exceptional versatility in processing: A longitudinal wire pitch from 50 mm or a multiple thereof enables flexible adaptation to a wide range of requirements. The cross wire can be fed both from above and below – making a mesh turner superfluous. In addition, up to six different wire diameters can be processed for line and cross wires, which further increases the adaptability of the system. Precise processing and the elimination of wire twist ensure optimum results – for an end product that meets the highest standards.

Technical features

The MG800 welding system is designed for a wide range of applications and offers maximum flexibility in processing. It enables the production of meshes with widths between 500 and 3700 mm and lengths from 1250 to 12000 mm. Depending on requirements, wire diameters from 5.0 to 13.0 mm or alternatively from 3.0 to 10.0 mm can be processed. It makes no difference whether cold or hot rolled, micro-alloyed or ribbed wire is used.
