The whistle­blower system provides a secure and con­fi­den­tial platform where your concerns will be dealt with appro­pri­ately.

The whistle­blower system enables all those involved to report poten­tial irreg­u­lar­i­ties or ethical breaches con­fi­den­tially and, if desired, anony­mously.

Con­fi­den­tial and anony­mous

The messages are sent via an external provider without Schlatter being able to check the origin of the sender. The recip­i­ents are our Chairman of the Board of Direc­tors Michael Hauser and our CFO Reto Stettler.

Reports can be made anony­mously, and we would like to empha­size that it is impor­tant to us to prevent any kind of reprisals against the person making the report.

Whistle­blower system

Examples of reports that should be made through the whistle­blower system include, but are not limited to:

  • Ethics and integrity: reports of possible breaches of ethical prin­ci­ples, con­flicts of interest or inap­pro­pri­ate behavior.
  • Finance: Sus­pi­cious finan­cial trans­ac­tions, account­ing incon­sis­ten­cies or other finan­cial irreg­u­lar­i­ties.
  • Dis­crim­i­na­tion and harass­ment: Reports of dis­crim­i­na­tion, harass­ment, bullying or other vio­la­tions of our work­place respect policy.
  • Safety and envi­ron­ment: Infor­ma­tion on safety risks, envi­ron­men­tal pol­lu­tion or other matters that could affect the safety and well-being of our employ­ees and the com­mu­nity.
