Maximum productivity and adaptability

The modular concept of the MG300 series combines maximum productivity with low operating costs. Thanks to a large number of additional modules, the systems can be individually adapted to specific requirements and gradually expanded to become a fully automated production line.

Flexibility in material and geometry

The MG300 series processes a wide range of wire materials, including cold-rolled, smooth or ribbed wire as well as hot-rolled wire with and without finishing. The systems are ideal for the production of light and heavy mesh in variable geometries, making them particularly flexible.

Expandable functionality for future-proofing

To increase efficiency, the systems can be supplemented with a labeling machine, a tying station and a mat pack stacker. These options enable end-to-end automation of production.

Precise control for the highest quality

Our innovative SWEP welding current control system guarantees consistently high welding quality. The entire process is controlled via the user-friendly PLSWin process control system, which is operated using a Windows interface. Interfaces for computer-aided work preparation ensure efficient and optimized production.

System MG303

The MG303 system was specially developed for the economical production of light and heavy standard bearing mats in medium and large series.

Efficient and flexible welding system for storage mat production

The line wires are drawn directly from spools, coils or reels, while the cross wires are precisely straightened, cut to length and fed into the welding system from a large magazine. This concept enables fast changeover times and ensures maximum flexibility – a clear advantage when tapping into new markets.

Expandable degree of automation

The MG303 system offers a high degree of expandability. By integrating the Syrocut system, a powerful straightening and cutting machine, the degree of automation in the cross wire feeding device can be significantly increased.

System MG316

The MG316 system offers an expandable system with high production capacity, ideal for executing a defined standard stock mesh program of light and heavy meshes.

Scalable solution for mesh production

This cost-efficient system concept enables entry into mesh production with line and cross wire feeding directly from spools, coils or reels. Thanks to the flexible cross wire feed, quick changes between different wire feeds are possible without any problems.

State-of-the-art technology for maximum efficiency

The new, extended individual welding groups and the innovative drive technology allow the economical production of mesh types in a wide variety of combinations. This technical flexibility makes the MG316 system a versatile solution for a wide range of mesh production requirements.

System MG320

The MG320 system is specially designed for the highest production requirements in the manufacture of light and heavy standard storage mats.

Increased efficiency in the production of storage meshes

Thanks to the double-track concept with two cross wire feeders and two welding machines, two cross wires can be welded on at the same time. The longitudinal and cross wire is processed directly from spools, coils or reels, which enables maximum efficiency and flexibility.

System MG330

The high-performance welding system was specially developed for the series production of reinforcement mesh with the highest demands on efficiency and productivity.

Designed for the series production of reinforcement mesh

Thanks to its innovative double-track system with two cross wire feeders and welding levels arranged twice on top of each other, two cross wires are welded on at the same time – for maximum speed and productivity. Line and cross wires are fed directly from spools, coils or reels, which significantly increases the degree of automation and efficiency. Perfect for continuous industrial use with large product volume.
