To increase efficiency, the systems can be supplemented with a labeling machine, a tying station and a mat pack stacker. These options enable end-to-end automation of production.

Our innovative SWEP welding current control system guarantees consistently high welding quality. The entire process is controlled via the user-friendly PLSWin process control system, which is operated using a Windows interface. Interfaces for computer-aided work preparation ensure efficient and optimized production.

The MG303 system was specially developed for the economical production of light and heavy standard bearing mats in medium and large series.

Efficient and flexible welding system for storage mat production

The line wires are drawn directly from spools, coils or reels, while the cross wires are precisely straightened, cut to length and fed into the welding system from a large magazine. This concept enables fast changeover times and ensures maximum flexibility – a clear advantage when tapping into new markets.
