Heavy technical fabrics place the highest demands on material, density and weaving tension. Conventional textile weaving machines are increasingly reaching their limits, particularly with heavy textiles, for example for containers and sun protection, such as process and conveyor belts or filtration and packaging fabrics. Our newly developed C-TEC has been specially designed for these demanding fabrics and enables weaving tensions of up to 30 daN/m – significantly more than conventional systems. The non-contact weft insertion ensures gentle and precise work even with a dense warp. This makes the C-TEC the ideal solution for modern high-performance fabrics with increasing strength and structural requirements.
