The Syrocut system is a wire straight­en­ing and cutting system designed for high quality rotary straight­en­ing. It offers maximum effi­ciency and pre­ci­sion and can either be inte­grated into the wire feed of a welding system or operated as a stand-alone unit.

Our Syrocut enables high-precision rotary straight­en­ing using syn­chro­nized tech­nol­ogy, setting new stan­dards in wire pro­cess­ing. Thanks to indi­vid­u­ally pro­gram­ma­ble wire lengths, it enables maximum flex­i­bil­ity and adapt­abil­ity to a wide range of pro­duc­tion require­ments.

Spe­cially devel­oped for inte­gra­tion into Schlatter mesh welding systems, the Syrocut ensures precise lon­gi­tu­di­nal and cross wire feeding and guar­an­tees the highest quality in mesh pro­duc­tion. The system also impresses in stand-alone oper­a­tion thanks to its ver­sa­til­ity and flex­i­bil­ity in wire pro­duc­tion.

Flexible inte­gra­tion for lon­gi­tu­di­nal and cross wire feed

Syrocut inte­gra­tion offers flexible solu­tions for cross and line wire feeding devices in mesh welding systems. The system really comes into its own with long, thin wires. The length of each wire mesh can be pro­grammed indi­vid­u­ally, enabling maximum pre­ci­sion and optimum adap­ta­tion to specific customer require­ments.

Effi­ciency in wire coil pro­duc­tion

The Syrocut also impresses with its high pro­duc­tiv­ity and excep­tional flex­i­bil­ity in the pro­duc­tion of wire coils. The stopped straight­en­ing rotor during the cutting process guar­an­tees excel­lent wire quality and min­i­mizes material waste. Another high­light is the quick changeover to dif­fer­ent wire diam­e­ters: thanks to inter­change­able rotors, pro­duc­tion processes can be effi­ciently adapted without long down­times.
