Oper­at­ing costs are min­i­mized through the use of servo and electric com­po­nents as well as eccen­tri­cally con­trolled welding presses. With medium fre­quency (MF) welding tech­nol­ogy and direct wire feed from spools, coils or reels, there is no need for addi­tional straight­en­ing and cutting systems.

The NS200 fine mesh welding system provides you with a high-precision, effi­cient and flexible solution for the pro­duc­tion of a wide range of wire mesh products.

Welding systems for fine mesh from 0.5 to 2.5 mm

The NS200 fine mesh welding system offers the highest product quality and per­for­mance for the pro­duc­tion of wire mesh. With a special trans­port and oscil­lat­ing gripper system, the cross wires are fed into the elec­trode level indi­vid­u­ally or in dupli­cate as required. The wire mesh is pulled out via a rub­ber­ized 3-roller system behind the welding portal, which enables infi­nitely variable pitches.

A welding machine for a wide range of appli­ca­tions

Our NS200 enables the eco­nom­i­cal and precise pro­duc­tion of a variety of mesh products for a wide range of appli­ca­tions. These include wired glass nets for rein­forc­ing safety glass, light­weight wire cages for animal hus­bandry as well as light­weight and fence mesh. Tech­ni­cal appli­ca­tions can also be imple­mented effi­ciently: The plant produces coarse filter grids for air con­di­tion­ing tech­nol­ogy, fan grids for appli­ance con­struc­tion as well as screed grids and plas­ter­ing grids used in the con­struc­tion industry.

The NS240 mesh welding system offers a powerful and flexible solution for the pro­duc­tion of a wide range of wire mesh products and guar­an­tees high pro­duc­tion quality and effi­ciency.

Welding system for maximum reli­a­bil­ity

The NS240 mesh welding system with double cross wire inser­tion and disc inser­tion offers maximum reli­a­bil­ity and is ideal for the effi­cient pro­duc­tion of wire mesh. Thanks to a flexible modular system, the indi­vid­ual system com­po­nents can be tailored pre­cisely to the respec­tive require­ments. The wire mesh is fed by two con­tin­u­ously oper­at­ing comb pull-outs, result­ing in a par­tic­u­larly high mesh quality.

Appli­ca­tion diver­sity that impresses

Whether grids for baskets, cages for animal breeding and hus­bandry or light and fence grids – the NS240 can reliably produce a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Robust trans­port con­tain­ers, mesh boxes and con­tain­ers for storage and logis­tics can also be produced effi­ciently with this machine. In the con­struc­tion industry, the NS240 excels in the pro­duc­tion of screed grids, plaster grids and cages for ballast shoring.
