Indus­trial mesh fence pro­duc­tion with high pre­ci­sion and product diver­sity

In addition to indus­trial mesh, our mesh welding systems can also produce a wide range of fencing. These include security fencing, 3D mesh fencing, double wire fencing, privacy fencing and con­struc­tion fencing. With these ver­sa­tile fence meshes, we offer solu­tions for high security and sus­tain­able use in numerous con­struc­tion and security appli­ca­tions.

Flex­i­bil­ity

The highly flexible indi­vid­ual welding groups with a width of less than 50 mm and simple con­nec­tion options to two inde­pen­dent circuits enable the highly pro­duc­tive man­u­fac­ture of very complex grids, includ­ing the pro­cess­ing of flat profiles and frames in the smallest batch sizes.

Speed

Cycle rates of up to 200 cross wires per minute and, if required, two powerful medium-frequency DC circuits allow high pro­duc­tiv­ity with complex and demand­ing meshes. This without having to resort to performance-reducing cas­cad­ing.

Highest quality

The posi­tion­ing of the very stable line wire guides is sup­ported by a precise elec­tronic mea­sur­ing system. The oper­at­ing software deter­mines the correct welding para­me­ters. This means that the quality required for the sale of the grid is already achieved with the first grid produced after con­ver­sion.
