System POSIWELD CNC Jig welding system for welding 2 or 3 dimensional wire products in a single operation
With the system POSIWELD, Schlatter offers a flexible CNC welding cell for the economical production of wire products in small to medium batch sizes.
The rotating turntable design allows a single operator to load/unload the work holding fixture while the machine is operating.
Thanks to the enormous flexibility and variability of this machine it can be used in all different kinds of welding applications. Products such as: Point of purchase displays, shopping cart components, 3 dimensional wire baskets and fan guards as well as all types of white goods applications.
