When Windows NT and the PC are still working properly the easiest way to make a Backup is the following:

Every machine with Windows NT was also provided with a 100 MB ZIP DISK


1) Start the PC pressing the Shift key and wait until the log on dialog appears 

2) Then log no with the user name / password:   Administrator / ********** (if you don't know the password, ask the Schlatter hotline)

3) Insert the ZIP DISK into the zip drive

4) Start the Windows NT Explorer 

5) Copy the directory C:\PLS into the ZIP DISK ( Removable Disk )

6) Send us the ZIP DISK
