Thanks to the flexible wire feed, the wires can either be fed directly from spools, coils or reels or straightened and cut in the system. The MG700 system was specially developed for the economical production of fencing mesh and is characterized by high productivity and precision.

Expandable in modular design

The MG700 welding machine with integrated beading press becomes a double-rod machine whenever your market demands it. Depending on the type of production and the tool, beads can be pressed from above or below. With this additional module, high-quality 3D mesh fencing can be produced in line.

Product features

The MG700 is suitable for wire diameters from 2.0 to 10.0 mm and line wire pitches from 50 mm. This means that a wide range of applications can be realized – from standard meshes to sophisticated special solutions.
The longitudinal and cross wires are fed either pre-cut or directly from the coil, spool or reel – automated via the powerful Syrocut system. Wire materials such as cold-rolled or cold-drawn bare wire, cold-drawn galvanized wire and stainless or cold-drawn wire can be processed.
