Highest per­for­mance for demand­ing require­ments

The C-TEC weaving machine enables the pro­duc­tion of very heavy fabrics with large thread diam­e­ters and high fabric density – a per­for­mance that con­ven­tional weaving machines cannot achieve. With a tensile strength of up to 30 kN/m, the machine is ideal for appli­ca­tions where extreme sta­bil­ity and strength are required.

Inno­v­a­tive non-contact shot inser­tion system

The inno­v­a­tive non-contact weft inser­tion system allows even the most dif­fi­cult thread mate­ri­als and thread types to be processed effi­ciently. The non-contact system protects the warp threads. This guar­an­tees the highest fabric quality and opens up new pos­si­bil­i­ties for pro­cess­ing a wide variety of thread mate­ri­als.

Flex­i­bil­ity and pre­ci­sion

The C-TEC not only impresses with its per­for­mance, but also with its flex­i­bil­ity. With the option of adjust­ing the weaving width by up to 50% of the total weaving width, the machine is per­fectly suited to dif­fer­ent pro­duc­tion require­ments. The Multimix rapier system ensures maximum pre­ci­sion and reli­a­bil­ity.
