The GAAS80 system enables short rails to be welded to con­tin­u­ous welded rails of any length, even up to 500 meters and beyond. It impresses with precise lateral align­ment of the rail ends on the running edge and exact vertical align­ment on the running surface.

Inno­v­a­tive bar clamping device for safe upset­ting and clean trimming

Thanks to the inno­v­a­tive bar clamping device, which works inde­pen­dently of the elec­trodes, the bar ends are effec­tively pre­vented from slipping during upset­ting. Once the welding process is complete, the inte­grated debur­ring device ensures that the burr is removed cleanly – without releas­ing the bars from the secure clamping.
