The four powerful clamping towers, each with a clamping force of 1000 kN, ensure that the work­pieces remain securely fixed during the welding process and that no slipping is possible. Thanks to state-of-the-art tech­nol­ogy, the GAA100 system suc­cess­fully welds wear-resistant man­ganese steel to rail material all over the world. This is made possible by a stain­less steel inter­me­di­ate piece that ensures a long-lasting con­nec­tion.
