The pro­duc­tion system for refrig­er­a­tor con­densers and evap­o­ra­tors offers repro­ducible, high welding quality thanks to indi­vid­u­ally spring-guided welding elements. The single-point elec­trode system ensures first-class welding quality, even in mass pro­duc­tion.

Features of the welding system

Our SGK welding systems offer maximum pre­ci­sion and effi­ciency. The spring-loaded welding elements ensure a con­sis­tently high welding force and thus con­sis­tently excel­lent welding quality. All welding elec­trodes are water-cooled, which guar­an­tees optimum tem­per­a­ture control and a sig­nif­i­cantly longer service life. Thanks to the infi­nitely adjustable welding current, the settings can be pre­cisely adjusted – for perfect welds in every appli­ca­tion. The extremely short welding times minimize heat dis­tor­tion and ensure the quality of the com­po­nents. A precise guide system also guar­an­tees the exact posi­tion­ing of the ser­pen­tine tubes and ensures dimen­sion­ally accurate, flat end products.

Precise wire feed system for high-quality welding processes

The SGK wire feed system ensures maximum pre­ci­sion and effi­ciency in series pro­duc­tion. Feeding the wires to the welding elec­trodes from both sides ensures a uniform weld and stable con­nec­tions. Thanks to single-track or multi-track pro­duc­tion options, the pro­duc­tion process can be flexibly adapted. Exact wire posi­tion­ing before welding and pre­cisely defined wire pro­tru­sions enable perfect fitting accuracy and out­stand­ing welding results.
