Highest quality and flex­i­bil­ity

The flexible tape gripper system with clamping and cutting device allows threads with a wide range of diam­e­ters to be processed. The ETC system enables auto­matic reg­u­la­tion of the weft thread tension, indi­vid­u­ally for dif­fer­ent weft threads within a sieve. The BK880 also offers a stop at the reed collar by swivel­ing the belt guide teeth, thus enabling the pro­duc­tion of the finest forming fabrics of the highest quality.

Highest shot numbers for demand­ing appli­ca­tions

The BK860 focuses on maximum pro­duc­tiv­ity. By elim­i­nat­ing the separate tooth swivel, even higher shot numbers are achieved. Thanks to its increased tension poten­tial, it is par­tic­u­larly suitable for the pro­duc­tion of forming fabrics for pack­ag­ing paper and light­weight dryer fabrics.

The BRS system

The use of a pivoting tape inser­tion wheel results in short yarn ends and also allows easy adjust­ment of the weaving width, thus offering greater flex­i­bil­ity and more raw material savings.

Robust­ness and maximum flex­i­bil­ity

The BK700 has a robust basic con­struc­tion. The double cam drive and a toggle lever system enable high weaving tensions with simul­ta­ne­ous relief of cam disks and rollers, which further increases dura­bil­ity. The flexible tape gripper system allows weft yarns with a wide range of yarn diam­e­ters to be processed. In addition, the weaving width can be easily adjusted thanks to the belt drive motors mounted on the reel. As an option, a flat wire storage unit offers secure weaving of flat weft yarns, which con­tributes to the ver­sa­til­ity of the machine.
