Optimum sharp­en­ing quality for the highest demands

High warping quality is the key to first-class fabrics. Schlatter’s solu­tions start with high-quality bobbin frames that ensure a rolling take-off of the yarns. Our warping machines guar­an­tee uniform and tightly tol­er­ated yarn tensions. The pro­gram­ma­ble tra­vers­ing device ensures even dis­tri­b­u­tion of the yarns in the canister. The press roller con­trolled by an AC servo motor also guar­an­tees a uniform winding diameter over the entire canister batch.

  • SG250 bobbin frame: Equipped with rolling thread take-up and single thread brakes for reliable thread control.
  • SM800 warping machine: Includ­ing separate delivery unit with three inde­pen­dently driven ten­sion­ing rollers for the highest winding quality with the finest forming fabrics.
  • SM700 warping machine: With two inte­grated, jointly driven ten­sion­ing rollers for high winding quality with high-quality press and dryer fabrics.
