For mobile welding of con­tin­u­ous track, our rail welding machines are usually inte­grated into an autonomous overall system that is equipped with a diesel gen­er­a­tor, hydraulic unit, cooling unit and lifting and lowering device.

Control center

The mobile and sta­tion­ary rail welding systems are equipped with a control center that includes the function control (PLC), welding current control and the Schlatter Weld Analyzer.

Schlatter Weld Analyzer

The latest gen­er­a­tion of the Schlatter Weld Analyzer ensures that welds are carried out with con­sis­tently high quality. The Weld Analyzer records and visu­al­izes the three main para­me­ters – force, current and dis­place­ment – on a screen in real time through­out the entire welding process. Imme­di­ately after the welding process, the system checks whether all para­me­ters are within the spec­i­fied tol­er­ances and displays this imme­di­ately. At the same time, the welding data is auto­mat­i­cally archived on the built-in PC to ensure complete doc­u­men­ta­tion and quality control.

Complete Supra Mul­ti­flex system

The Supra Mul­ti­flex system is a container-based rail welding system that is mounted on railroad wagons and is ideal for welding on new lines.

Seamless welding of rails

The system enables the con­tin­u­ous laying and seamless welding of rails over long periods of time. The welding machine and the supply and posi­tion­ing modules are installed in a compact con­tainer to save space. Thanks to the fully autonomous con­tainer solution, the Supra Mul­ti­flex system offers an effi­cient and mobile solution for demand­ing welding work over long dis­tances.
