Robust­ness, flex­i­bil­ity and top quality

For effi­cient and flexible pro­duc­tion, Schlatter offers a com­pre­hen­sive port­fo­lio of screen assembly machines and periph­eral devices for pro­cess­ing high-tensile wires with diam­e­ters from 1 to 15 mm. Our mesh weaving machines have a durable and robust basic design. Depend­ing on the type, the loom is driven via a crank­shaft or via double cam discs and a toggle system, which enables high impact forces with simul­ta­ne­ous relief of the cam discs and guide rollers. This further increases dura­bil­ity. The pre­cisely cranked warp and weft wires and exact lattice guidance ensure excel­lent lattice struc­tures. A modern Siemens control system enables simple and cen­tral­ized input and main­te­nance of all weaving para­me­ters.
