Schlatter Sets the Course for the Future

Daniel Zappa has held various lead­er­ship posi­tions within the Schlatter Group for many years and has an in-depth knowl­edge of inter­na­tional markets, our cus­tomers’ needs, and our tech­nolo­gies and processes. Together with the Exec­u­tive Board, he will continue to steer the company’s strate­gic direc­tion and actively shape the future devel­op­ment of the Schlatter Group.

As part of this suc­ces­sion plan, Roger Widmer will assume the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) effec­tive August 1, 2026, and will become a member of the Exec­u­tive Board.

Roger Widmer has been with the Schlatter Group for over twenty years and has exten­sive inter­na­tional expe­ri­ence in sales, project man­age­ment, and product man­age­ment.

Werner Schmidli is stepping down from oper­a­tional lead­er­ship after many suc­cess­ful years as CEO. With great ded­i­ca­tion and fore­sight he has sig­nif­i­cantly shaped the devel­op­ment of the Schlatter Group. We thank him sin­cerely for his many years of service.
