Yes, everyone is talking about sustainability. We are also increasingly addressing this topic.
From 2022, Swiss companies that meet certain size criteria will be legally obliged to report on “non-financial matters” (including sustainability). In this context, the term “ESG reporting” is used. E stands for “Environmental”, S for “Social” and G for “Governance”.
Although the Schlatter Group does not yet meet the legally defined size criteria, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board decided last March to publish an ESG report on a voluntary basis. This brings the topic of ESG into focus for us too.
