System MG950, the new welding machine for complex grids in the smallest batch sizes

With the new MG950 system, a mesh welding machine has been devel­oped that has been designed pri­mar­ily for the pro­duc­tion of indus­trial mesh. The welding machine is flexible with regard to dif­fer­ent mesh geome­tries, achieves a high pro­duc­tion speed and offers the highest quality from the first mesh.

• The highly flexible indi­vid­ual welding groups with a width of less than 50 mm and simple con­nec­tion options to two inde­pen­dent circuits enable highly pro­duc­tive pro­duc­tion of very complex grids in the smallest batch sizes
• Grille width 200 – 1600 mm
• Grille length 300 – 3000 mm
• Wire diameter 2.0 – 8.0 mm
• Lon­gi­tu­di­nal wire pitch min. 20 mm

Cycle rates of up to 150 cross wires per minute and, if required, two powerful DC medium-frequency circuits allow high pro­duc­tiv­ity with complex and demand­ing meshes. This without having to resort to power-reducing cas­cad­ing.

The posi­tion­ing of the very stable line wire guides is sup­ported by a precise elec­tronic mea­sur­ing system.

The oper­at­ing software deter­mines the correct welding para­me­ters.

This means that the quality required for the sale of the grille is already achieved with the first grille produced after retro­fitting.
